Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 c. cooked, diced potatoes
    1 1/2 c. cooked, diced beef
    1 c. beef gravy
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in butter. Add the potatoes and beef. Pour the cup of gravy over and bake, uncovered, 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0 or cook on top of stove for about 20 minutes.
