Ingredients

4 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey
3 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cocoa
2 eggs plus 1 yolk
1 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cardamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Stir together
butter, sugar and honey; do not overmix. Stir together flour, baking powder and cocoa;
stir into sugar mixture. It
will
be slightly lumpy and dry.
Beat eggs with cinnamon, cardamom and cloves; stir into first mixture.
Press the coarse dough
into an 8-inch log;
wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate 1 hour or longer.
