Fruit Tapioca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. apple, raspberry or peach juice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. quick cooking tapioca
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine juice and cinnamon.
    Stir in tapioca and let it soak for five minutes.
    Bring tapioca to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
    Boil for 2 minutes.
    Cool 20 minutes and stir.
    Chill 2 hours before serving.
