Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lime gelatin
1 small can crushed pineapple
12 large marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 pt. creamed cottage cheese
1/2 pt. heavy cream (for whipped cream)
1/3 c. sugar
Preparation

Drain juice from pineapple and add enough water to make two cups.
Bring almost to a boil and add gelatin and marshmallows. Let dissolve.
Remove from heat and cool until slightly firm.
Add cottage cheese, pineapple and nuts and mix together.
Fold in sweetened whipped cream.
Pour in large mold and chill.
