Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cheese crackers, rolled into crumbs
    1 c. sliced almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese.
    Fold into drained broccoli; add salt to taste.
    Pour into buttered casserole.
    Top with cracker crumbs and almonds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
