Peppy Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 red, yellow or green peppers, cut in half
    1 1/2 c. hot cooked Spanish rice
    1/4 lb. Velveeta Mexican process cheese spread (with jalapeno peppers), cubed
    1/4 c. celery slices
    1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Preparation
    Remove seeds from peppers and cut lengthwise.
    Combine rice, Velveeta cubes, celery and cilantro. Mix lightly.
    Place in shallow baking dish. Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
