Angel Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
1 c. vegetable shortening
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream together margarine and shortening.
Add eggs; mix well.
Add brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla.
Combine thoroughly.
Mix together flour, cream of tarter and baking soda.
Slowly add flour mixture to other mixtures, mixing well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 8 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Makes about 5 dozen.
