Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
    1 c. sugar
    2 lb. cream cheese
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar; blend well.
    Press onto bottom of spring-form pan.
    Chill in freezer while preparing filling.
    In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth and light.
    Beat in eggs, vanilla and cornstarch, just until blended. Stir in sour cream.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake for 10 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 200\u00b0, bake 45 minutes.
    Turn off oven.
    Cool for 3 hours or overnight.
    Top with favorite topping.
