Pork And Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. uncooked ground ham
    1/2 lb. ground lean pork
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. Watkins onion seasoning
    1/4 tsp. Watkins cloves
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix crumbs, milk, slightly beaten egg and seasonings.
    When milk has been absorbed by crumbs, add meat and stir only to blend. Pack into loaf pan and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    This will make 6 servings.
