Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. Russet potatoes
    1 onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    baking powder
    olive oil
Preparation
    Grate potatoes and onion together.
    Rinse mixture.
    Add a pinch of baking powder.
    Add enough flour to make a paste (like pancakes).
    Fry in olive oil, turning once.
    Drain.
    Serve hot with sour cream or applesauce.
