Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni (beef)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    seasoning mix
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients well.
    Shape in balls, about 20. Brown balls on all sides in margarine.
    Mix seasoning mix with hot water; pour over meatballs.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
