Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. herb croutons
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 lb. mild bulk sausage
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk (reserve 1/2 c.)
    3/4 tsp. dried mustard
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup (can use cream of chicken)
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Spread the sausage on the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle the croutons evenly on top. Beat eggs, 2 cups milk and mustard together. Pour over sausage. Add 1/4 to 1/2 of the reserved milk to the soup. Pour over mix. Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
