Potato Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. leftover mashed potatoes
    1 egg
    1/4 c. finely minced onion
    cheese (your choice)
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, egg, onion and flour well.
    Spoon out enough mixture for a 3/4-inch ball; place a 3/8-inch cube of cheese inside and work into a ball. Use extra flour to keep outside smooth.
    Deep fry until golden brown; drain on paper towels and serve.
