German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. fresh frozen coconut, thawed
1 box German chocolate cake mix, mix according to instructions on box
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Sprinkle chopped pecans over bottom of pan.
Sprinkle coconut over the nuts.
Pour cake mix (after mixed according to instructions) over coconut and nuts in pan.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over cake mix.
Cook in sheet cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
