Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. flour, (full rounded)
    2 egg yolks, (save whites)
    1 cup milk
    1 fresh lemon juice and rind
Preparation
    Cream, margarine and sugar with pastry blender.
    Add egg yolks flour, juice and rind.
    Add milk and mix again.
    Fold in egg whites that have been beaten stiff.
    Put into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
