Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas (1 c. mashed)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs until fluffy.
Add bananas, flour, baking soda, salt and nuts.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes for bread, 25 minutes for muffins, at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean.
