Hot Pepper Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken
    1/4 c. peanut oil
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    8 tomatoes, peeled and sliced or 1 large can whole, peeled tomatoes
    2 tsp. tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Season and boil chicken until well done for approximately a half hour.
    Remove from the pot.
    Then skin and debone the cooked chicken.
    Next, fry the chicken in peanut oil until lightly browned.
    Set aside.
