Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1/2 stick butter/margarine
    4 Tbsp. plain flour
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Melt butter in Pyrex dish.
    Put cheese and flour in plastic bag.
    Quarter potatoes into wedges.
    Moisten and place in bag. Shake to coat.
    Place coated potatoes in dish.
    Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 turning once. Preparation time:
    10 minutes.
