Frozen Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cold milk or half and half
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    single pie crust
    3 1/2 c. whipped topping
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. broken gingersnaps
    1 1/2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Combine half and half or milk with pudding mix.
    Whisk until well blended.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Fold in whipped topping, pecans, gingersnaps, pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin.
    Spoon into crust.
    Freeze until firm, about 6 hours.
    Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
