Yellow Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small yellow squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 stalks celery, chopped
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion and celery in salted water until tender. Drain and add beaten egg, cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Place in baking dish and cover with grated cheese.
    Bake slowly for 1 hour.
