Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yeast cake
1 heaping Tbsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. Wesson or Crisco oil
2 1/4 c. warm water (hot, but not to burn finger)
8 c. plain flour
1/2 to 1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon to taste
1/3 to 1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Crumble yeast cake in bowl. Add salt, sugar, oil and water. Stir until mixed. Add flour; knead and put into greased bowl. Let rise about 1 hour. Shape into buns. Let rise another hour. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
