Hamburger Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can green chiles, drained and chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can enchilada sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain grease off and add all ingredients, except cheese; mix well Add cheese and cut in small pieces.
    Cook until cheese melts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes about 3 quarts.
