Watergate Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding mix
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c. small marshmallows
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix pudding and Cool Whip. Add pineapple, marshmallows and nuts. Stir and chill in covered 10 x 13-inch dish. Cut into squares 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 and place on lettuce leaf and top with a strawberry or a cherry. Serves 12 to 15 people.
