Putsch'S Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. fresh spinach
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    3/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
    1 hard cooked egg, shredded
    3/4 c. diced Old English cheese
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Stem spinach, wash and dry thoroughly.
    Refrigerate.
    Tear spinach into small pieces, then chop into smaller pieces using a French knife on a chopping board.
    Sprinkle with salt.
