Chinese Hamburger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. chow mein noodles (3 oz.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion.
Add remaining ingredients.
Put in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour covered and 1/2 hour uncovered.
Sprinkle a few chow mein noodles on top.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
Upon serving, sprinkle with a few more chow mein noodles.
