Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 large pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    In
    large saucepan over low heat, melt sugar, chocolate chips and evaporated milk, stirring frequently.
    Leave on low heat
    and let come to full bubbling boil.
    Stir constantly for 15 to
    20 minutes
    (mixture
    is done when a few drops in cold water
    forms soft
    ball.)
    Remove from heat.
    Add marshmallow cream, margarine,
    vanilla
    and
    nuts.
    Stir vigorously until well blended.
    Pour into buttered pan.
