Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
2 small ripe bananas
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. banana cream or vanilla pudding (instant)
4 eggs or 1 pkg. egg substitute equal to 4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Slice bananas into a large mixing bowl; beat until well mashed.
Add remaining ingredients; beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Pour batter into a well-greased, floured Bundt or tube pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, until cake tests done.
