Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium yellow squash
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Cook
    squash
    in
    small
    amount
    of water until tender. Drain off
    water\tand
    mash.
    Combine margarine, sugar, lemon extract, flour,
    eggs
    and
    salt.
    Add to squash and mix well. (May put
    in blender and mix.) Pour into pie shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm.
