Sweet Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium white potato
    1 tsp. vanilla
    powdered sugar
    peanut butter
Preparation
    Cook potato until soft.
    Mash good.
    Add vanilla.
    Start adding powdered sugar until a stiff dough forms.
    Put a little powdered sugar on table to keep from sticking.
    Take a little dough at a time and roll as you would a pie crust.
    Spread peanut butter on it and roll up like a jelly roll.
    Cool and slice in pieces.
