Sausage And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, sliced
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. coffee (black)
    salt and pepper (as needed)
Preparation
    In skillet, cook sausage until done. Remove to paper towel. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of drippings. Add the flour and stir with whisk until brown in color. Slowly whisk in the milk and coffee. Cook until desired thickness. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over biscuits while hot. Yield: 4 servings.
