Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken - boiled, deboned & chopped (use about 5 chicken breast)
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. diced celery
    3 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. flavor enhancer (Accent)
    1/4 c. corn oil
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/4 c. slivered Almonds
Preparation
    In large bowl mix rice, celery, onion, chestnuts, almonds, mayonnaise, soup, flavor enhancer, corn oil, adding chicken last, stir gently.
    Spoon into 9 x 13 casserole dish.
    Mix together Ritz crackers and margarine and sprinkle over top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
