Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. crushed pineapple
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine eggs, oil, buttermilk, sugar and vanilla and beat well with mixer.
    Add pineapple, carrots, coconut, walnuts, soda, salt and cinnamon and mix well.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Turn out immediately onto cooling rack.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting when completely cooled.
