Party Snack Mix (Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt or 1/2 tsp. powder
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. Rice Chex
    2 c. Corn Chex
    2 c. Bran Chex
    1 c. pretzels
    2 c. corn nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Remove from heat.
    Add next 3 ingredients.
    Combine cereals in large bowl. Pour mixture over and toss well.
    Add last 2 ingredients.
    Toss well.
    Bake 45 minutes in large shallow baking dish.
    Stir occasionally.
    Cool completely.
    Store in airtight container. Yields 9 cups.
    Serving size, 1/2 cup.

    calories 125, carbohydrate 169, protein 19, fat 69, sodium 476 (use optional less sodium).

    1 starch/bread and 1 fat.
