Frozen Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    diced green peppers
    diced green onions
    shredded lettuce
    frozen peas
    small pieces of fried bacon
Preparation
    Cover all with salad dressing.
    Top with small pieces of cheese.
    Cover bowl; chill 24 hours.
    Toss or leave in layers; serve.
