Hamburger Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger or ground chuck
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (No. 2) can whole corn
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix (Martha White)
Preparation
    Place oil in skillet.
    Add meat and break it up and brown it. Add green pepper, onion, salt, corn and tomatoes.
    Pour meat-vegetable mixture into a 9 x 13-inch rectangular casserole dish.
