Carrot-Pineapple Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 box coconut
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. black walnuts
    1 small (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Prepare cake pans by lightly greasing with Crisco shortening (not oil). Cut waxed paper to fit bottom of pans (if using layer cake pans). Put paper in pans; press and turn, then turn over.
    Flour lightly. Pour batter into pans.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    If using oblong 9 x 13-inch pan, do not line with wax paper.
