Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
    1 stick margarine
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix hash browns and 1/2 stick margarine together.
    Set aside. Mix sour cream, soup, onion, Cheddar, salt and pepper together. Mix this mixture with the potatoes.
    Sprinkle top with crumbs. Melt rest of the margarine and pour over top.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Also good reheated.
