Lentil Casserole(An Excellent Vegetarian Entree) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. dried lentils
    3/4 c. dried rice (brown, uncooked)
    3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (3 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. water
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans low sodium chicken broth
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole coated with cooking spray.
    Stir well.
    Add broth; stir.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
