Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach; drain.
    Add cottage cheese, eggs and seasonings. Spoon into 8-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and dot with butter.
    Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0
    for 30 minutes.
