Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cut up chicken into 1-inch pieces.
    Beat water, flour and egg together.
    Dip chicken into batter.
    Deep-fry until golden brown for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Salt to taste.
