Ingredients

2 Tbsp. milk
4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. instant coffee granules
vanilla ice cream
1 (7 oz.) bottle ginger ale, chilled (about 1 c.)
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar and instant coffee granules in a tall glass.
Add a spoonful of vanilla ice cream; stir until ice cream melts.
Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream; carefully pour in chilled ginger ale.
Makes 1 serving.
