Savory Lemon Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sour cream (may use up to half plain yogurt)
    1/2 c. almonds, finely ground
    juice and grated zest of one lemon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
    This is a wonderful dip for fresh vegetables, especially blanched fresh asparagus.
