White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (16 oz.) cans Great Northern beans
    4 c. diced cooked chicken breast
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped mild green chilies
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    salt
    6 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Cook and dice chicken.
    Heat oil, add onion and cook until transparent.
    Add garlic, chilies, cumin, oregano and chili powder. Add beans and broth.
    Bring to boil.
    Add chicken and salt to taste.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle each bowl of chili with Monterey Jack cheese.
