Easy Penuche Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. milk
    1 3/4 to 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation
    Melt oleo in saucepan; add brown sugar.
    Boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
    Stir in milk; bring to boil, stirring.
    Cool to lukewarm; gradually add sugar.
    Beat until thick enough to spread.
