Salt Pork And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. salt pork
1 pt. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
After frying several pieces of country ham in a heavy skillet, remove ham and pour off fat.
Return pan to heat.
Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water or strong coffee and stir. Cook long enough to dissolve all extract from pan.
