Bully Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 c. dates, pitted and chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the flour with nuts and dates.
    Cream the sugar, butter and eggs together.
    Pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour (check in 45 minutes).
    Serves 8.
    Whipped cream may top it.
