Oyster Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. oysters
3 Tbsp. butter
paprika
4 c. milk, scalded
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Cover oysters with water.
Simmer until edges curl.
Skim. Pour into milk.
Add butter.
Season to taste.
Serve with a dash of paprika.
Makes 6 servings.
