Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) box chopped broccoli, thawed
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (use more if desired)
3/4 can cream of celery soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Saute onion in butter.
Add frozen broccoli and cook until broccoli starts to separate (don't cook too much).
Add all other ingredients and bake together in baking dish at 350\u00b0 (covered) for about 20 minutes.
