Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 cans sweetened condensed milk
    4 large eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    5 Tbsp. white or brown sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Melt 1 cup sugar in saucepan.
    Mix all ingredients except cinnamon together and pour into casserole or pie plate or if you don't have one, use a 7x
    12-inch Pyrex casserole.
    Mix milk and a can of water and blend in the eggs and 5 tablespoons of the sugar. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and bake in water bath about 1-inch of water in large pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve in the pan or unmold after it is cooled.
