Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ounce cream cheese
    1 1/3 cup peanut butter
    2 cups sifted powdered sugar
    16 ounce Cool Whip
    2 graham cracker or Keebler chocolate pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together with electric mixer.
    Pour into crust and freeze until solid (a minimum of 4 hours).
    Pie cuts best if it is at room temperature about 15 minutes before serving.
    Makes 2 pies.
    If you prefer 1 very tall pie, use the following:
    8 ounce cream cheese, 1 cup peanut butter, 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, and 12 ounces Cool Whip.
